HOW TO USE: Wet your face or a PHOEFI reusable makeup removing cleansing pad with water. Place 2 pumps of PHOEFI Unisex Cream Cleanser on your hand or the cleansing pad (or directly onto the face or body) and wipe over your skin in a circular motion to cleanse. Rinse and pat dry and follow with PHOEFI toner and moisturiser.
